I want to be VERY clear- I LOVE the jewelry, and shop a lot! the platform (software) is not the greatest. It crashes CONSTANTLY. I sometimes miss out on items I would like to buy, and its frustrating. I clear cashe, and confirm I am on the correct version, but its still routinely crashes, I am not sure what, if anything else I can do.

The app itself is kinda wonky when you want to go back and look and an item you were just looking at. It takes you right back up to the top of the items. Annoying and time-consuming. However, I absolutely love everyone at Bar. They are such good people and truly care about the customers. I will continue to shop here just for the enjoyable time I have and the awesome inventory!!!

It really is not easy to navigate. I buy often and have gotten used to it, but things like promo codes aren't automatically ordered when shopping and checking out. I've had to input my info several times. That gets old. Yet I continue shopping because the clothes are just fabulous.
