Ratings and reviews

This is one of the best fast food delivery services, but it needs key improvements. There should be a 5-minute window to cancel mistaken orders before they're prepared. The app also struggles with location accuracy—even when I type my address, drivers still call non-stop, which is disruptive, especially at work. Many users also face login and location verification issues. It's frustrating that these complaints keep piling up without real action from the team.

Not perfect as many of their drivers are terrible in following map directions, and it's annoying to have them calling us for directions, but the still most reliable food delivery service in Luanda. Be aware that the experience is not all consistent cause at some restaurants might take too long (up to 1h). I wish their search engine would work better. Also, bookmarking favorites doesn't work. Hope they start listen to customers and improve a bit, starting with training better their drivers.

Your App is asking too Many Questions..I think it's not user-friendly for Quick Service... Kindly Bench mark "Bolt" Service ...You will loose alot of Customers if you can detect locations of Customers automatic and let them order right straight also Registration is not necessary..you could have just link emails instead of real people's info... Kindly Check how bolt works...Also people Don't need to login everytime to order food ... Make this app so simple to Use
