This is one of the best fast food delivery services, but it needs key improvements. There should be a 5-minute window to cancel mistaken orders before they're prepared. The app also struggles with location accuracy—even when I type my address, drivers still call non-stop, which is disruptive, especially at work. Many users also face login and location verification issues. It's frustrating that these complaints keep piling up without real action from the team.

This app is terrible. I usually don't like to use because it's not a efficient app. It has to improve a lot. This doesn't left one star.
