Ratings and reviews

It's an absolute farce. You can't stay logged in on two devices. Whenever I'm trying to access from my mobile, I get logged off on my tablet, vice versa for my tablet. And in turn, it randomly logs me off during my classes. It's incredibly inconvenient and a confirmation notification would be better than random logging off.

Very Bad Experience, many many problems like 1. No routine for class 8 has been given yet . 2. No help available from customer care and help line number switched off . 3. I didn't get any study material last year, I don't know if I will get it this year too. 4.The most important thing is that it is not understood when the classes will start properly. Kindly check and solve this problem.

I'm reporting a problem,the problem is in the app named "Byjus premium" that is when they ask mobile number i enter it, then the OTP is given then i type it, but after i submit the OTP there is a big problem that is it says that "mobile number is not registered with premium account" And also please keep the Byjus premium app updated every month. Thank you.
