BYMC is an advanced tool for managing Flow Collection Orders, integrated with the Bykom Service Order Control Panel. Allows you to consult customer data and the history of assigned service orders.
With BYMC, it is possible to dispatch orders at any time of the day, track each procedure in real time and interact directly with the Monitoring Center to ensure a quick and coordinated response. The application facilitates the initiation and registration of orders, allows you to attach photographs and relevant documents, and obtain the customer's signature of compliance, providing a complete and transparent record of each collection.
