The official Consumer Care app for consumers by Bhagyanagar Gas Ltd. The app is simple and easy to use. "Consumer Care" is the easiest way for BGL consumers to get connected with BGL.
Functionalities available in Mobile App :-
1. Generate Inquiry For New Service Connection (NSC):
Generate Inquiry for New Service Connection by just entering 5 fields.
2. Track NSC status:
Track your NSC status by submitting your consumer number, check your NSC application lies.
3. Submit Meter Reading:
Submit own meter reading along with meter photo. Registered consumers can submit meter reading corresponding to the consumer number.
4. Manage Accounts:
Manage your multiple accounts with consumer number.
5. View Bills:
View Bill for previous 6 months with its amount payable, consumption and due date.
6. Nearest Locations:
View your nearest sub-divisional offices of BGL with its contact details.
7. Add New Service:
For any new service, just go to add service tab and add a new request track its current status.
8. Raise Complaints:
For any type of problem faced, consumer can raise a particular type of complaint and track its current status.
9. View / Pay Bill:
View bill status and pay bill if unpaid using online payment gateway. View transaction id and payment details if the payment for the current month is paid.
10. Tips and FAQ's:
Tips and frequently asked questions will always provide a way to help consumers with the problems faced by them.
