About this app

BSakin is a mobile application developed for apartment and site management companies using the byonetim.com.tr infrastructure to provide information to their residents.

The application is intended for use only by users registered within the relevant management system. Residents of the site or apartment building can view announcements, debt, receivable and balance information, building financial summaries, and other information provided by the management through the application.

Residents can submit technical malfunctions and requests to the management by attaching photos, and view or update their profile and contact information. Users wishing to make payments can view and copy the IBAN information of the building's bank account shared by the management.

BSakin does not offer payment processing, money transfer initiation, credit card collection, digital wallet, credit, investment, insurance, or financial consulting services. Financial information is displayed solely for the purpose of viewing information and accounting records shared by the apartment/site management.

BSakin is a complementary resident information and communication application that works in conjunction with the byonetim.com.tr system.
