By Rotation is transforming the way we consume fashion: rent what you need and lend what you don’t. Rotate your wardrobe and do good for the planet, your wardrobe and your wallet at the same time.

HOW TO LEND:

List your wardrobe
List an item on our app in under 2 minutes. Select up to 4 photos for your listing, choose the item category, and write a clear description.

Approve rental requests
You have the choice to approve or decline all rental requests that you receive. Communicate directly with your potential renter via our secure messaging system.

Send the item
Once you have accepted a rental request, either send the item to the renter, or arrange a time and place for collection.

Get paid & review
Once your rental is completed, payment to your bank account will be processed within 8-10 days. Leave honest feedback for your fellow Rotators!


HOW TO RENT:

Rent items
Browse listings on the app (you can filter items by color, size, brand, and more!) and find your dream outfit in minutes.

Send rental requests
Select the dates you are looking to rent for, send the rental request and communicate directly with your lender about the item via our secure messaging system.

Receive the item
You can arrange delivery or collection of your rental. Receive your item and enjoy your rotated look!

Rate & review
Once you have completed and returned your rental, you can leave honest feedback for your fellow Rotators and share your rotated look on social media, tagging @byrotation!

It's been a couple months that I have been trying to make new listings and get an error code after I complete all the details of the listing. Extremely frustrating. There also isn't a "draft" option, so I just lose all the work. Please fix this. I've contacted support many times. I love the idea of the app, but what's the point if I only have 2 listings on my profile

Distorted photos. If you aren't going to offer a website, you need toake the process for listing and item from the app perfect. All my photos I upload end up looking distorted. you need to allow for cropping photos and us the aspect ratio you require to make the photos look great for everyone. it is in your best interest as a business that all the listings look premium with high quality content.

The app is terrible, havnt been able to sign in once since creating an account. I have a Google pixel, dosnt allow me to log in through Google, Facebook or via email address. No matter how many attempts to reset a password and email isn't triggered. Maybe it's not compatible with android devices but surely in this day and age the company should care if their app is this bad. Ive gone as far as warning friends away from the company.
