I could not get the app to work, so they had one of their Tech employees call me. It was in the middle of the night for him, but he walked me through what I was missing, and the app connected on both my iPad and my Samsung phone. The app has so many great features for the DBS3500, which is a beautifully engineered generator. SO SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE!

Every time I use the app to check the status of the 3000L it freezes and I have to close it and restart it, and then I only get one usage and it freezes again.
