I could not get the app to work, so they had one of their Tech employees call me. It was in the middle of the night for him, but he walked me through what I was missing, and the app connected on both my iPad and my Samsung phone. The app has so many great features for the DBS3500, which is a beautifully engineered generator. SO SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE!

Setup is a big challenge and devices do not stay connected to WiFi, and the app will happily show outdated information. Furthermore, the app lacks some feature I would expect for power stations at this price point. Unfortunately I can't recommend Dabbsson products due to this.

Brand new and 100% charge. I can't get past the "Long Press, Next step". Msg: Enable Bluetooth to scan for nearby devices. Bluetooth is finding everything except the Dabbsson. Update: tried again using my previous moto g power. No issues and it synced to the newer phone. 🤔
