I could not get the app to work, so they had one of their Tech employees call me. It was in the middle of the night for him, but he walked me through what I was missing, and the app connected on both my iPad and my Samsung phone. The app has so many great features for the DBS3500, which is a beautifully engineered generator. SO SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE!

The pairing to the battery pack was seemless and quick. The app is very good looking with intuitive UI and controls unit without delay. Good job. Taking 1 star off as some functionality found on other battery packs is missing, such as reading of Volt and Amps in addition to power for inputs and outputs. Overall well done app!

pairing process is awful. Too long and complicated, asks for irrelevant information, frequently fails and if someone's life's depended on it they are as good as dead. Also battery can't tell if anything using less than 20w is connected and will shut itself off.
