Ratings and reviews

Installed this app because of the add, uninstalled it because of the service. They only deliver to 4 locations. I selected one location at Faisal Town, and got a total of 4 restaurants that i could order from. Very mundane and not at all useful. Even in 1 particular area, they donot cover all restaurants, or give any good options.

I am not able to login into my account. I was not using byte from some time but then I installed byte again and when I was going to place my order, app asked me to signin when I entered my email and password, a pop up message occur "this account is not registered with us". When I try to make new account it says that this email or number is already registered. I have contacted the customer support many but they couldn't help me sorting my issue.

When I used this app it was good. The restraints had good items for the price and the customer service was also mostly great. But then the most annoying thing is they can't choose if they want to deliver. I live in Askari 11 which is right outside DHA. When I heard about it, it was delivering in askari so I tried it and liked it. The next time I checked, it wasn't delivering in our area. After that, it began and ended delivery again. Even if I want to, I can't use it. Really disappointing.
