I've been using this app for a long time now and when it works, it's amazing! it has saved me many times knowing where the bus is. it's super convenient and I have come to really rely on it. it does have some bugs sometimes and can be really frustrating but the developers really seem to get on it and work things out as quickly as they can. so overall I'm very happy with it.

This app has a lot of potential but it lacks reliability and consistency. Sometimes it continuously updates positioning and sometimes it doesn't. Used to give notifications but they stopped after an update. When it updates you dont get a heads up and it kicks you out....so you can't rely on notifications when they do work. The alert area is too small - when the app sees the bus in my alert area, its already past my house. And it doesn't work on half days when it would be the most helpful...

The app worked fine last school year but this school year it is not working. I am not receiving notifications, the map doesn't work at all. Specifically, there is no way to see on the map, when the school bus is near by. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still, no improvement. For the record, my phone is the same phone I had last school year; Samsung galaxy note 10 plus. If there is no fix by next week, I'll uninstall for good!
