About this app

Point your phone at the night sky, and the constellations appear before your eyes.

ByulGil is a real-time AR astronomy app that shows the actual night sky above you, matched to your location and the current time. Even when city lights hide the stars, just point your phone at the sky to instantly find the constellations and planets in that direction.

Key Features

1. Real-time AR stargazing
Point your phone at the sky and constellations, stars and planets are overlaid on your camera view. The sky follows as you move your phone, so you can trace real constellations in the actual night sky.

2. Precise compass and true north
Orientation sensors are fused and calibrated to give an accurate bearing. Find Polaris, the North Star, and true north with ease. The compass and clock on screen show your direction and the time at a glance.

3. Tap a constellation to read its story
Tap any constellation you are curious about to see its name, then open the details to read its mythology and the science behind it.
