In 1472 the first edition of the Divine Comedy was printed in Foligno. The city, to pay homage to the Supreme Poet and celebrate this important event, dedicates its tourist routes to the three canticles of Dante's opera. With the Divina Foligno project, three routes have been designed - Inferno, Purgatorio and Paradiso - which, starting from the city gates, cross the center, revealing the main monuments and points of interest to the tourist. Taking a cue from its characteristics, each place has been traced back to one of the canticles, offering the visitor an additional interpretation to accompany him in an immersive and fascinating experience. Dante's journey does not end here: for those wishing to discover itineraries outside the city, of great charm and strongly characteristic of the territory, numerous routes branch off from Foligno that allow you to admire the architectural, historical and naturalistic beauties located outside the city walls. With the Divina Foligno App, through new digital technologies and using special applications, the visitor will be able to live a more immersive and engaging cultural experience and will be facilitated in the use not only of the city but also of its vast territory.

Divina Foligno allows you to visit the area safely and independently, with a single app you can manage your visit without having to continuously download applications in every place you frequent.
After downloading the App, select your language and wait for the multimedia contents to load (it will last 1-2 minutes): thanks to this wait, the system will retrieve all the visiting elements of an area of ​​about 60 square kilometers even without a network connection.
Divina Foligno is an application that uses the functions of GPS, Augmented Reality and Bluetooth to give the tourist a unique and engaging experience of visiting the cultural heritage of the city of Foligno and the naturalistic emergencies of the surrounding area.
When you start, the guide presentation screen will open, where you will also find the tutorial and credits.
To access the automatic visit system, just click on "START A NEW EXPERIENCE" from the home screen: the application will enter search mode and start searching for nearby points of interest.
