It provides its own mail system that allows sending and receiving mail not only between internal users but also with external parties. It is linked with the address book, so you can easily search for organization charts and external contacts and write mail.

3) Electronic approval processing and multi-corporation inquiry support
You can process approval documents on your mobile phone. You can also check the approval request history of other corporations through account linkage, and when you select a document, it is automatically transferred to the relevant corporation and you can proceed with the approval.
