Ratings and reviews

I'm with most here, when the app actually does connect, it functions as should. Yet again, one of your items will be missing or won't populate on screen. What i found that works the best, oddly is to have Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and location ON! Again WHY...all you need is Bluetooth...I find myself using this app very little as i got things running, why mess with it. The functionality for setup should be a cleaner interface, too many variables for such a simple process. Good luck.

In concept this app is great. In practice it has its issues. I never get connected to all my lights (Xr15 G4) when I open the app. I have to remove whatever light doesn't connect from the "tank" and add it back. Power cycling won't do it. Then I can set the lighting without getting "failed to connect" errors when I save. And even when I do have all the lights connected, scenes only controls one of them. A few times I have had a scene work correctly but don't know what was different. Hoping future updates will correct these issues.

App is very buggy and doesn't connect to devices when i needed the most. after repeated attempts to play the scenes, I keep getting 'Sorry, we can't connect to tank. Try again' error. For the amount I spent on all devices and not able to connect to app is a very unpleasant experience. Now, I regret buying Ecotech/AI products.
