I am consistently having issues with video calls, it takes like 20-30 seconds to "connect immediately", 50% of the time, I can't see him, just a black screen so I have to call back. This stresses my Dad out because he thinks he did something. It always works the second time. My voice is often delayed so I have to hear an echo while I talk. For the price, this is extremely frustrating. Please fix it.

Major issue with Autoconnect & Video & Telescope option. Autoconnect, rings & rings & finally connects but dont know if TV turns on because my mom doesnt act like she sees me. I could scream. The telescope doesnt turn on the TV. When hitting Power button the app says Turning TV on and spins with nothing happening. Everything is hooked up and nothing unhooked. Firestick is in HDMI port. App bugs, please fix. This system is amazing when it works but when it doesnt, its not worth the service fee

21 mos use-updtd 02.17.26: Remote TV Reminders work well, but the remote app frequently requires loading 2x or crashes. Users have *no control* over text message housekeeping (you still can't delete older messages). AutoConnect / Video Calls & Telescope (controlling TV remotely) are unreliable. Monthly fee of $29 + ~$100 equipment cost. $25+shipping for a replacement remote control. Only (1) remote can be connected at a time. Tech Sppt tries. Helpful idea, though still buggy!
