The drop in feature is nice when checking on an elderly parent, but otherwise this has not been useful. The remote confuses my mother and telescope is useless. Favorites do not display when selected and I can't find a way to just type in a channel when assisting remotely. This was a great idea executed poorly.

I live 1.5 hrs away from the elderly person I support, who suffers from dementia. The app was a life saver when I first started using it, however most of the functions seem to have been broken after the most recent firmware update. As of 14 April 2025, the mobile app will not turn on and off TV, nor does the video chat work. I can still use the drop in feature, thank goodness. If/when CAAVO fixes the app for Android users, I'll post an update.

Godsend for My Mother-in-Law The app can get a little glitchy sometimes, but the overall problem Jubilee solves—and how effectively they do it—is top tier. No one else on the market offers this service. No one. And it's done incredibly well. The tech is high quality, easy to use, and honestly, it’s the best investment we’ve made from a caregiving perspective. We’re able to manage part of her care remotely thanks to this service. Being able to control her content anytime is super legit.
