I am consistently having issues with video calls, it takes like 20-30 seconds to "connect immediately", 50% of the time, I can't see him, just a black screen so I have to call back. This stresses my Dad out because he thinks he did something. It always works the second time. My voice is often delayed so I have to hear an echo while I talk. For the price, this is extremely frustrating. Please fix it.

The JubileeTV service and related android app are an absolute game-changer for caring for an elderly loved one. Multiple use modes are available to ensure ease of use. Video calling without having to learn a new remote, or without having to even press any buttons makes is super easy to stay connected and monitor when we can't be there in person. If you have an elderly loved one, especially if there is a dementia diagnosis, please do yourself a favor and look into this product.

It works. I was able to set it up myself. My Mom has dementia and has trouble changing the channels. I know what she likes to watch, and now I can change it remotely. We are currently using it with Spectrum cable. Mom can use the Spectrum remote that she is familiar with. I am gonna connect a Roku and see how streaming channels work. Mom can't navigate streaming channels, but I am hoping I can remotely.
