This unit is not easy to install. The camera set up is awkward and unstable. I spent an hour and a half just trying to get the camera to sit correctly on the television. ultimately, it just didn't look like it was going to work. I will say that everything in the box came labeled perfectly and should have made installation easy. They said they issued a refund but it's been 3 and 1/2 Weeks...so...

I am consistently having issues with video calls, it takes like 20-30 seconds to "connect immediately", 50% of the time, I can't see him, just a black screen so I have to call back. This stresses my Dad out because he thinks he did something. It always works the second time. My voice is often delayed so I have to hear an echo while I talk. For the price, this is extremely frustrating. Please fix it.

This is the best product and the most fantastic customer service in the world. We work and this allows us to help her at her assisted living facility and we can check in anytime we want. The helping with the TV is a life saver!!! She is no longer able to navigate the remote herself but still enjoys watching her programs Highly recommend this product and thier support team is the ABSOLUTE BEST 💘 💖 🥰
