“No tracking. Not safe. The charges shown in the app were different from what I was actually charged. The app clearly mentioned ₹9.8 per km, but the driver charged ₹20 per km. Toll tax and other charges were claimed, but no proper toll receipts or bills were provided. The final amount was almost double of what was expected, which created a lot of confusion. Since I was travelling with my family, I couldn’t waste time arguing. No bills or receipts were given. Overall, a disappointing experience.”

Very unreliable service. Booked 3 times — only 1 confirmed. 2 bookings were cancelled from Cab Bazar’s side at the last minute. They deduct 30% advance immediately, but refund takes 48 hours after cancellation. Worst part — booking was at 9:00 AM, and at 8:30 AM they said no cab available at my location. If no cab was available, why accept the booking and take money? Very unprofessional and stressful experience. Not recommended at all.

Only if I could give negative stars..I would have given. this is the worst app I've ever dealt with. they call themselves leading app..i don't know from what point of view are they leading. Don't ever book any trip..they ask for advance and when they cancel the cab themselves..they won't even return the advance through your original medium.. instead they'll give you a voucher for future bookings which you can only use for paying advance of your next booking, however high the amount maybe.
