I had a terrible experience with my booking (Trip ID 702841) on October 14th. Despite booking a cab and paying ₹3985, the driver never arrived, and customer service kept extending the wait time. I had to cancel the ride, and the cancellation comment was inaccurate. I am requesting a full refund due to the service failure.

**Beware of CarBazaar - A Scam!** Pathetic service! 🚫 They have agents who remove poor reviews from their page, and there's practically no customer service. They just send your number to drivers, and that's the end of it. Yet, they charge commission upfront, and the drivers are rude, demanding extra money. Drivers cancel your booking multiple times, forcing you to cancel on your end so they can forfeit your advance payment – money that goes straight to CarBazaar. It's a total scam!

It was a mistake booking a cab from this app. It has so many loop holes, they give us the service of included toll tax, state tax but the cab driver says it isn't and takes a deroute to avoid it. Wasted our time in worst ways. This company asked us to pay extra for a pet and the cab driver says he doesn't receive it from the company so forced us to pay extra in the middle of the night. The cab mentioned in the cab was different than the one which came. STOP MISLEADING PEOPLE FOR MONEY. SHAME
