“No tracking. Not safe. The charges shown in the app were different from what I was actually charged. The app clearly mentioned ₹9.8 per km, but the driver charged ₹20 per km. Toll tax and other charges were claimed, but no proper toll receipts or bills were provided. The final amount was almost double of what was expected, which created a lot of confusion. Since I was travelling with my family, I couldn’t waste time arguing. No bills or receipts were given. Overall, a disappointing experience.”

Pathetic service. We booked for 8Am,they kept on rescheding thrice delaying our travel by 2.5 hours. They would not allow us to cancel and withheld the booking amount. Even though there is no delay or reschedule from our side, they would not cancel or refund the money. And please use better headsets, it's always noisy while talking to your customer care.

50-50 experience with the app. Functionality wise it is ok, but if you are planning something with tight deadline then don't 100% relay on the booked cab, you have to keep backup; as cab are getting cancelled last minute, Customer care will buy 30 mins more time and then also you won't get booked cab and go for local with last minute rush !!!
