About this app

CabinetPass keeps your passwords, two-factor codes, cards and private documents in one encrypted vault that only you can open. There's no account to create and no company cloud to trust. Choose a master password and you're ready.

YOUR KEY, NOBODY ELSE'S
• Everything is encrypted on your phone with Argon2id and AES-256-GCM before it's saved.
• Your master password is never stored or sent anywhere.
• Unlock with your fingerprint or face, or a 6-digit app passcode that erases the quick-unlock key after 5 wrong tries.
• Auto-lock, clipboard auto-clear and blocked screenshots keep secrets off the screen.
• No ads, no analytics, no tracking.

EVERYTHING PRIVATE, IN ONE PLACE
• Ready-made templates for logins, credit cards, bank accounts, secure notes, identities, Wi-Fi networks, documents and SSH keys, or build your own with custom fields.
• Organize items into groups with your own icons and colors.
• Favorites, Recent and Recently Deleted (restore for 30 days).
• Password history for every login, and Large Type to read a password across the room.
• Share any item as text and pick exactly which fields go out. Secrets stay off unless you turn them on.
• Share a Wi-Fi network with a QR code that guests scan to join.

ENCRYPTED DOCUMENTS
• Attach passports, insurance papers, PDFs and photos to any item, up to 50 MB each.
• Every file is sealed with its own encryption key.
• View PDFs and images inside the app without saving a readable copy.
• Scan documents with the camera straight into your vault.
• Photos are resized and location data removed.

BUILT-IN AUTHENTICATOR
• Two-factor codes (TOTP) next to the login they protect.
• Scan a QR code to add an account. Supports 6 or 8 digits and SHA-1, SHA-256 and SHA-512.
• Pin the codes you use most to the top.
• Free, with no separate authenticator app needed.

PASSWORD HEALTH
• Generate strong random passwords, memorable passphrases or PINs.
• Find weak, reused and old passwords.
• Optional breach check that sends only the first 5 characters of a password hash, so your passwords never leave your phone.

SYNC ON YOUR TERMS
• Optional sync through your own Google Drive. Only encrypted data is uploaded, to a hidden app folder.
• Changes merge item by item across your devices.
• Wi-Fi-only sync and file sync options.
• Export an encrypted backup at any time. An open-source Vault Viewer lets anyone check how a backup is protected.
• Import from other password managers with a CSV file.

FOR DEVELOPERS
• Store SSH keys (OpenSSH, PEM, PuTTY) with type, size and SHA-256 fingerprint.
• Public key filled in automatically, plus a one-tap ssh command.

Going over 2 GB never locks you out. Your files stay viewable and syncable, and only adding new files needs Pro.
