BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY IF YOUR INTERNET PROVIDER GAVE YOU THIS APP DROP THEM NOW. THIS APP IS NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE! app crashes constantly can't connect to my router has been replaced 3TIMES NOW and I can't control the Internet in my freaking house. it's useless and a headache. still crashes and constantly makes me resetup profiles and won't read devices that are on the network and active. also no way of reporting issues with the app.

This app goes down and when it does it wont let data get to our devices. Internet company CAN NOT help us. My son has not been able to play games all day. THIS APP IS HORRIBLE!

the app is horrible, it won't even let me create an account because it keeps crashing just trying to scan my router and when I try to enter it in manually it refuses to recognize it, plus the Internet bill is all over the place one month it's $89 the next it's $108 and then $97 and despite what they claim it still constantly lags just like every other internet provider so what's the point????
