the app doesn't open and the error message says that there are an update however there is no updates required either by phone or app why it is not open?!!!!!

The app was working fine till the last update. Recently it has been telling that there is no internet connection repeatedly and force closure of the app. And Despite the negative feedback from other users, there is no action nor reply from the developers. Do not use unless they fix the issue.
