After ordering a taxi, you can't cancel it. You have to call customer service which is at least 3 euros! When you order a taxi, you can't choose an exact location, it has to be an address in their map(which is not Google map). The address must be a street and a door number. So if you are at a bus stop or at somewhere in the road, or at the corner of a town square, app makes the reservation to the nearest door number which can be 50 meters away. Simple to correct but so stupid 2 hick ups!

Absolutely awful. Driver drove right past, and off to somewhere else in the city. Can't cancel in the app, you have to call. Five minute wait that costs €8. Staff can't track you with the same number you booked with. If they try to charge me, they're going to hear from my bank's fraud protection unit. Uninstall, avoid, walking is preferable and quicker.

DO NOT USE FIXUTAXI. We tried to book a trip three times, in vain. After the last try, we waited for 5 minutes, no car, and wanted to cancel the trip. A cancellation cannot be done through the app, one must call the customer service number, which conveniently enough for Cabonline/Fixutaxi, costs 3 euros plus 30 snt per minute! This is a rip off, do not use the service. Now I got an email that they have debited my card for 19 euros, even if they accepted the cancellation. UPDATE. They still suck
