The project operates through a mobile application and web platform, where users can post job requests in various categories (trades, technical services, professional services, and others), describing their specific needs, location, and service conditions. Registered workers can view these requests, apply, submit proposals, and agree on terms directly with the client.
The platform integrates identity verification mechanisms, profile management, ratings, and reviews to build trust between the parties. It also incorporates an internal communication system and tools for tracking the status of services, from posting to completion.
Cachuelo also features a financial management module that allows for the control of payments, intermediary fees, transaction records, and compliance with financial obligations, guaranteeing traceability and transparency in transactions carried out within the system.
The project has been conceived, designed and developed as an original technological solution, including its software architecture, database structure, business logic, graphical interface and user flows, with the aim of promoting independent work, boosting the local economy and optimizing the contracting of on-demand services.
