Secure Scanner is a 100% offline scanning app. Without requiring an internet connection, you can create scanned copies of documents and IDs. It supports English and Chinese OCR (text recognition), and allows you to freely add watermarks and signatures. You can save scans to your device's album or export them as PDF files. Additionally, it includes a comprehensive PDF toolkit (merging, rotating, reordering pages, etc.).
