CADbert Home Edition is a no-frills home floorplanner tool that it easy to learn and flexible. The simple intuitive interface coupled with a large library provides you with everything you need to generate standard house plans and populate those floorplans with furniture, cabinets, appliances, toilets, sink, and virtually anything else that you need to create a complete floorplans. Generated schematics can be shared with other users, and can be exported in standard SVG format to be printed and/or shared with other CAD programs.
