keeps crashing, haven't been able to actually use the app. or log in at all. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple places multiple times

Good to have everything in one place however the app kept refreshing and losing my favourites. I found the schedule hard to navigate too.

Hi Julie, We spent some time figuring out why you might be experiencing this issue... Is it possible that instead of the app refreshing it's actually crashing and therefore not saving your favorites? In this instance, we suggest uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it somewhere with strong wifi. If this doesn't help, call us - 410-638-9239.
