Nice shopping app for J Beauty skincare. Lots of benefits too! It's easy to earn points for discounts and there always seems to be sales. Orders arrive in about 3-5 days which is amazing! The only con I have is that it won't autopopulate the log in info, you have to enter your login every time. If this issue could be resolved the app would be perfect!

Load time is long and what you put in the basket often disappears the next day. If I try to load more items or go to the item page, it takes a couple seconds to actually load and it has nothing to do with my internet or my phone. Sometimes I like to add things to my cart and wait a while until I actually purchase. If I wait overnight, I'll often find myself logged off of the app and also everything that I had in my cart have disappeared.

Deceptive free shipping, I ordered over the amount needed for free shipping and when it got to my country I got slapped with a 40 dollar fee for shipping or face delay/seizure of my items. So free shipping isn't actually free. Items are as pictured and described but just the hidden fee that's preventing me from ordering again.
