App uninstalled. As a person residing in the US, I no longer have the ability to order from the global app. The US app is disappointing as it has a limited selection of K-beauty products, different formulations, lack of coupons, bundles, 1+1 deals, and Western brands are added. Basically, everything that made OY unique is gone, making it no different from a Western drugstore. Since my favorite products aren't accessible & my memebrship levels reset, I won't be shopping from OY again.

Forced to change to the US version and in typical American fashion, it's a crappier version with less options. Not only that, it completely restarted my membership level. I was a few dollars away from the Black level and now I'm at "friend" level?! Noe I know to pack an extra bag when I go to Korea later this year so I can stock up there.

It was an amazing app before the update,there was a lot of Korean options tho yes,it was very much expensive then in Korean dollars,it was pretty good,but the items u put in the cart and when u close the app,it all gone from the cart and you have to redo it all again,which annoyed me but the update sucks,it like a down grade,the options are now limited,not as many options and it just saddened me because they had all of the Korean brands on this app now they don't have as many
