I can't sign up and make an account. I even tried on my MacBook and it won't work. Everytime I press the 'sign up' and 'create an account' button it just sends me straight back to the login page. I genuinely don't know what to do and i'm so sad because I'd love to use the app and buy something from my fave artists that I listen to, but I can't cause I cannot make an account. :(

This is possibly the worst app I've used. The app functions somewhat like a webbrowser that seems outdated, it loads quite slowly & I need to login every single time I open the app, despite having used the option for "Save ID". Besides this I need to go from the Korean version to the English version every single time, even though I do/can not own an account through the Korean version. Unfortunately I will need to keep using this app, since it offers product that are not available elsewhere.

The app has been glitching for about a month now. Every time i try to change to EN. It never changes. Stays in korean or japanese.. I've been having to use the website, to purchase and to check my order status because the app is not working to log in to my EN account.
