the worest customer support ever. I made my first order, calling and using whats app for nearly 6 hours. i received one useless sentence. Paid for my order and i have no idea whether I will receive anything or not

Absolute worst customer service and terrible experience! I placed an order, and it arrived with a missing item worth 479 EGP. When I contacted them, their customer service was incredibly rude, dismissive, and kept stalling with zero intention to fix their mistake. They completely lack professionalism and honesty. Avoid this place at all costs! Save your money and do not buy from them.
