About this app

CafeOS is an order and service application that manages the daily operations of cafes and restaurants from a single place. Waiters, kitchen staff, cashiers, and delivery personnel see the same data simultaneously; order slips, walkie-talkies, and the confusion of "which table ordered what?" are eliminated.

FOR STAFF

• Waiter — Select the table, add the items, write the note, and send the order. The order instantly appears on the kitchen screen. • Kitchen — Pending orders are listed in order. Everyone is informed simultaneously with the "Preparing" and "Ready" touches. Order notes and portion sizes are displayed in large font. • Cashier — Table occupancy is seen at a glance on the table plan. The bill is settled with cash, card, or mixed payment; the table is automatically vacated. • Delivery Person — Sees the deliveries assigned to them, says "On the way," and their location is live-sent to the customer. Sharing stops when the delivery is complete. • Manager — Daily turnover, number of orders, hourly sales graph, best-selling products; menu, table, staff, and member management.

FOR THE CUSTOMER

• Log in to the app and place a home delivery order; track the progress of your order step by step, and see the courier live on the map.
• Your membership discount is automatically applied to your total order amount.
• View your order history anytime.
• If you are sitting in the dining area, simply scan the QR code on the table: the menu will open in your phone's browser; you don't need to install the app to order. Membership is also accessible from this menu page.

WHAT IT BRINGS TO THE BUSINESS

• Order loss and incorrect product errors are reduced — everything is recorded.
• Communication between the kitchen and service is conducted via the screen.
• Turnover, payment distribution, and product performance are ready at the end of the day.
• With the web management panel: stock and recipe tracking (raw materials automatically decrease as sales are made), campaign and membership tools.

OPERATIONAL SYSTEM

The application works with your business's CafeOS subscription. Staff accounts are created by the administrator.
Menus, tables, and prices are specific to the business; Each business's data is kept separate.

PRIVACY

The application does not contain any advertising network, tracker, or third-party analytics software.
The camera is only used for QR/barcode scanning, and location is only used during courier delivery
and while the application is open. Card information is not stored.
