Hi everyone, I can buying at elinking as usual after update today. Just that lucky spin not working. Honestly, it is better than other rewarding apps that I used or using, especially can make payments with grab, boost, tng, wechat etc to pay tnb, unifi etc or buy tng pin, game pin etc despite the lucky spin value dropped since years ago. I'm really enjoying what they are selling, just that the apps will occasionally down and really take time back to normal.

It was nice to use from the start but start from this month when I want to make a payment I realised that there was high app credit charging fee. I need to pay extra RM 10 more for the fee. And I have no choice to pay, I m already top up rm7XX, and can't make a withdrawal. Sorry, no elinking anymore. I feel like I m being cheated by elinking.

Cannot top up for few days now and electricity bill keep disappearing from time to time. Check with customer service but they insist it is there from their excel sheet... But it is not in the app!! Is it a pain talking to them even with screenshots provided and they still don't understand.
