Ratings and reviews

I've been using the web app for about two years now. The web app works ok. But in order to access the rest of the yield features you need to download the app. I've been able to use the app exactly once until now where it loads up a screen with a message that says it needs to install new updates and the app will refresh. Nothing happens, the bar doesn't move, and the app is entirely unresponsive. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. I won't be using the app moving forward.

I've been active for a couple of years, I've received a message of my account being deleted nearly the end of this month, for reason being not active, can imagine why? I've invested $665, now worth $30, updating the application, as I try to log in I receive Maintenance being performed, will return soon, I was not aware? I was given a choice to withdraw funds for what is left? Minus transfer fees and 3 steps transmission verifications. So much for convenience.

Been locked out of my account for months. The app won't accept my ID to verify, saying it's not accepted... but it's a Gov Issued Driver's License. Can't get more official than that. And... it's what I opened the account with. Now... I have no access to my assets... all because I bought a new phone? This is bs. If you're going to require strict security measures... you better be sure they work... and still allow clients to navigate them.
