Glitchy. Sometimes the photos uploaded promptly. Other times, it took multiple tries and then the photo still didn't show up for about a half an hour. Then, it showed up multiple times which led me to try to delete the duplicates. The delete still hasn't worked after several tries. Also, the advertising inferred that photos could be texted directly to the frame bypassing using the app. Nope.

This app is a complete nightmare. Sometimes it will tell you it's adding photos but usually it won't. If you try and delete a photo well good luck it may or may not actually delete. If you're considering a photo frame for a grandparent find a different brand because they won't be able to figure any of this out and you'll be pulling your hair with with frustration just trying to load photos

The app is great for sharing the photo to the frame and seeing what people have added but it will randomly send notifications of comments left on pictures more than a month ago and says every photo is "my" photo like "so and so liked your photo" when it's not my photo and nobody even reacted. Pretty buggy. It's nice there isn't a monthly fee but for the price of the frame I expect better.
