Doesn't work well with Android and not getting anywhere with service. The set up is great and easy to use, but the app glitched and says there are no photos in some folders yet lists the correct number of photos... I can't see anything in the folders but can upload to them. Very annoying. The app works fine for the rest of my family who all have apple products so definitely seems like an android issue.

App is way too glitchy to properly support the product. Uploads of multiple pics frequently show as complete but pics never show in album. Texted pics get lost in space. Lack of Google Photos support is a major flaw. Overall, just not ready for prime time.

Bought 2 of the Loops and both have stopped working. Waste of money and customer support has been ignoring me for MONTHS! Do not waste your money on this scamming company.
