With over 7 physical store and 3 online delivery centers, we cover a very large part of Gurugram.

We procure our products from farmers, direct producers and various wholesale markets close to the source. Our range includes freshest fruits and vegetables, groceries including quality assured lentils (dal), fresh spices (masala), breads, dairy products, biscuits, snacks, cereals, dry fruits, packaged food products (including drinks & mixes, jams, pickles, tea, coffee), flour, rice, oil and ghee, potted plants, home & household essentials, personal hygiene and grooming products & more at RIGHT PRICE.

FEATURES AND SERVICES

* Besides Fresh fruits and vegetables, products from leading brands and also Atcost's inhouse branded products whose quality is verified by us.

* For most products in fruits and vegetables categories, we bill you as per the actual weight of the item. For example if you ordered 1 unit of Apple (500gm unit) and the actual weight of apples delivered is 495gm, you get immediate credit of 5gm worth of apples in your Atcost Wallet. You will be able to see the ordered quantity and billed quantity in your bill and also in the app.

* Atcost Wallet is where your refunds and advances are maintained. Any balance in Atcost Wallet never expires (except promotional credits) and can be used anytime on the Atcost App. You can also load your Atcost Wallet directly through the app.

* Two payment gateways ensure that you are able to pay for your orders at all times.

Ratings and reviews

I used to order from at cost till 2 years back when i realised that their app has pathetic user interface, you can't reach out to them in case there's an issue with the order. Recently, I repeated my mistake again thinking things would have changed. There's still no order tracking option like swiggy, zepto etc. There's no contact details of the person bringing order, customer support is as usual unreachable, nobody calls back & there's no point in selecting a time slot coz it won't be delivered.

Very bad experience during lockdown. They take pre-paid orders and then deliver wrong items, missing items and damaged items. Vegetables and fruits are 30%-40% stale so turns out to be costly in the end. Damaged items are not refunded. Also once ordered they do not deliver at the allocated time. In my case order no. 447089 was scheduled (8am-11am) and was delivered at night 9:15pm, with no mechanism to track as given emails, cc phones are not responded.

After one has placed the order, they tell you that several items not available, so they need to be removed from the cart! if you don't have those items, then just display 'out of stock' in front of them, so that we don't have to undergo the pain of ordering all the stuff, and then getting to know later, that those items are NOT AVAILABLE
