Calculate Clearly - A Tool for Sharing Costs in Shared Apartments/Co-living Spaces
Always struggling to calculate utility bills? The monthly headache for subletting landlords is the allocation of electricity, water, gas, and fixed fees. Calculate Clearly uses a clear calculation process to help you organize bills, meter readings, occupancy dates, and payment details into a shareable and traceable record.
- Shared Apartment Fee Calculation: Based on Taiwan Power Company (Taiwan) bills, individual room meter readings, number of occupants, and number of nights, electricity usage is allocated between rooms and shared areas.
- Water/Gas Fee Setting: Fees can be allocated based on bills or set as a fixed monthly fee per person.
- Fixed Fee Management: Internet, third-party services, management fees, or other custom fees can be set for each room.
- Monthly Rent Request: Rent and fixed fee request details can be generated even for months without meter readings.
- Shared Cards: Generate tenant request cards that can be shared with tenants via mobile phone.
- PDF Support: Meter readings, billing records, and settlement results can be exported as PDFs for archiving.
- Co-living Mode: Manage shared space residents using tenant codes, calculating fees based on billing period and number of nights.
- Historical Records: Retains each billing period, meter readings, settlement results, and tenant change records.

The trial version allows you to create one shared rental suite experience site and one co-living room experience site, and experience the main output functions for free:
- Shared Rental Suite: Monthly rent payment request and electricity bill settlement output.
- Co-living Room: Monthly rent payment request and electricity bill settlement output.
After reaching the free trial limit, you need to upgrade to the paid version to continue using it. The actual number of available uses is subject to the display in the app.
Suanfenming currently offers an auto-renewing annual subscription plan:
- Founder Membership: NT$1,490/year
Founder members enjoy full access to features such as official sales office slots, PDF access, shared photo cards, and history. Any future plans will be updated separately within the app.
Subscription Terms:
- Subscriptions will automatically renew before expiry.
- Subscription fees will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current period; the fee already paid for the current period will not be refunded.
- Re-subscribing after cancellation will be subject to the current plan price.
Sales office, room, and billing data are primarily stored on the device itself. Cloud access is only used for login, subscription status, trial usage, and sales office slot management.
