About this app

With CalenGoo you can manage all your events and tasks. With lots of configuration options you can make it look and work the way you want.

✔️ Sync all your past and future events with Google Calendar (just add your Google account under "Settings > Accounts" instead of syncing via the Android calendar).
✔️ Sync calendars with Google Calendar, Exchange, CalDAV and iCloud (via the Android calendar or directly).
✔️ Sync tasks with Google Calendar, Exchange, CalDAV and iCloud.
✔️ Attach photos and files to your events (when syncing directly with Google Calendar).

Ratings and reviews

I've been using this app a long time (10 years, maybe). Sometime within the last year (2024) the app was unavailable for a day or two because of Google's app store requirements. I was lost! I looked at other calendar apps and nothing compared to the flexibility and features of CalenGoo! Thankfully, the app was back up in a day or two, once the new requirements were satisfied. I'm very happy with it!

This is the first time I actually felt compelled to rate an app without first being prompted. I've tried multiple task and productivity apps; most have been okay but lacked some important feature I wanted. I. had recently started using Google calendar for everything; Calengoo just adds more versatility to it. I configured the calendars and widgets to my liking; they're so cute and helpful!!

This is the best calendar app I've ever used. It syncs with all my online calendars and has a better offline, search-by-word feature than google. Google only searches the last 2 years on my mobile, but this app finds notes from 10 yrs ago. However, lately I get the feeling that Google is not allowing a sync, the app keeps shutting down after each try. I just go off line to find my events but I think google hates a quality competitor. hope they fix the bug soon! I am continuing to use Calengoo!

What's new

- Updated privacy policy to describe the handling of contact lists.
- Changes for accessing Google Drive.
- Added support for syncing events and tasks with Microsoft Office 365 using Microsoft's Graph API.
- It is now possible to sync directly via Wi-Fi with the Windows/macOS version of CalenGoo by creating a "Local sync" account under "Settings > Accounts > Add account".
