Hello, I wanted to inform you that I got a phone number on Calilio yesterday, but I am unable to answer calls. Every time I try to pick up, the call gets disconnected. Despite multiple attempts, I haven't been able to answer a single call. This is frustrating and feels like a waste of money. I would like to get refund of it. very much disappointed since 5 days I have been trying to receive calls but calls get disconnected, support service people also failed to rectify the issue.

terrible app, definitely not worth the money. oftentimes calls are not ringing even when the app is open, and it'll just show missed calls. other times, calls don't show at all, not even as missed. if the service was free, these issues would be excusable, but I'm paying $15 a month + call costs.
