CommandIQ® delivers everything you need to control every aspect of your home Wi-Fi experience. The simple, intuitive design of the app puts the information you need at your fingertips to set your network priorities for performance and security for every device, application, room, and family member.

Designed for use with GigaSpire BLAST systems, this app provides easy navigation, enabling you to:


• Reset your primary SSID or password for Wi-Fi
• Run bandwidth tests to monitor network performance
• View and assign connected devices to profiles, places and/or priority networks
• Create guest, work-from-home or custom wireless networks
• Add new devices to the network quickly and easy through the app’s WPS feature
• Set parental controls by scheduling network /Internet downtime, blocking advanced security options, and new capabilities

CommandIQ is available to subscribers of broadband service providers that offer GigaSpire BLAST systems. If you are unsure about app compatibility with your network/Wi-Fi router or system, please contact your service provider. App feature availability is based on your country of residence and/or your Wi-Fi system and is limited to your home Wi-Fi network.

Worthless! Freezes up most of the time. Runs slow. Most of the options in the settings wont work. Ive used this app for a year and its been an inconvenience since day one. Surely there's a better option for managing my wifi router than this? You would think a more capable team would be overseeing this type of app but apparently the entire chain of command are incompetent. Going to contact my ISP about a different option or going with a different company if this is what they've downgraded to.

I was at least able to connect to my router and change the wifi password with it. Notifications about connected devices seem to have a lag of several hours (sometimes more than 12!!). Much easier to simply configure the router via a web browser to hit the admin config site at 192.168.1.1 (if you do this, you can use the default login credentials which are printed on the side of the router under the removable side panel). Your experience may differ, so Google your router's model number.

Its unfortunate I cant give 0 stars. This app has not worked correctly since I've had it. it either keeps giving me connection errors (my router works well, no connection errors with devices, ACTUALLY), it either doesnt show devices OR it shows them but wont let me assign them to people, and now it isnt even letting me log on without throwing up a "session timed out" error as soon as the screen changes from the login to the home screen, and kicks me off. What is the point of this app???
