Callboard shows a business which of its work phones are on a call, which are ringing, and which calls were missed and never returned, on one live board.
This app is the part that runs on each work phone. It is installed and set up by your company's IT team through device management, so there is nothing to sign in to and nothing to tap. It needs a Callboard workspace: on its own it does nothing.
WHAT IT DOES • Tells your team's board the moment a call rings, starts and ends • Sends each finished call: time, length, and whether it was in, out or missed • Keeps working through restarts and patchy signal, and sends anything it missed when it is back online • Respects your working hours: outside them it reports nothing at all
WHAT IT NEVER TOUCHES • No call audio. Callboard does not record calls • No contacts, messages, photos or files • No location • Caller numbers are masked by default; your company decides whether full numbers are kept
ALWAYS VISIBLE A notification stays on the phone whenever the app is reporting, and the app's own screen shows exactly what it sends. Only your company can remove a phone from its workspace.
FOR IT TEAMS Push Callboard as a forced install through managed Google Play from Google Workspace, Microsoft Intune, Samsung Knox or any Android Enterprise device manager, and give it your workspace address and a fleet enrolment code in its managed configuration. Phones join on their own and appear on your board within seconds. Dual-SIM phones can report one line only, so personal calls stay off the board.
Callboard is for company-owned phones. Check your local rules on notifying staff before you start; the workspace shows them for your state or country during setup.
