About this app

This app is a companion viewer for your existing CallerFilterPro account.

CallerFilterPro's phone-screening service runs at callerfilterpro.com. The
service answers unknown callers in the cloud, captures who they are and why
they called, and records each call as a structured entry on your web
dashboard. This Android app gives account holders on-the-go access to that
dashboard — nothing about the call handling happens on your phone.

WHAT THIS APP DOES
• Signs you into your existing CallerFilterPro account
• Shows your pending owner-decisions with a countdown timer
• Shows Recent activity (name, phone, reason, timestamp) as read-only
history from your account
• Lets you record a decision (Accept, Take Message, Decline) on a pending
call — the decision is written to your dashboard
• Provides push notifications when a new pending decision arrives, if
push is enabled on your account
• Shows your account settings and lets you change language, sign out,
or request account deletion

WHAT THIS APP DOES NOT DO
• It does not answer calls, screen callers, or record calls on your phone.
All call handling happens in the CallerFilterPro web service.
• It does not block, silence, or reject calls at the device or carrier
level. It is not a call-blocking app.
• It does not deliver voicemail transcripts. Any voicemail feature runs on
the web service and is delivered through your web dashboard.
• It does not route emergency calls. Dial 911 (or your local emergency
number) from your phone's default dialer for any emergency.
• It does not manage your subscription. Subscriptions are managed at
callerfilterpro.com and processed by Stripe.

WHO IT'S FOR
• Existing CallerFilterPro customers who want quick mobile access to their
pending decisions and recent activity.
• Small teams and family plan holders coordinating call handling across
multiple lines.

PENDING DECISIONS WORKFLOW
When your CallerFilterPro account has a pending caller decision, this app
shows the caller's name, callback number, and the reason the caller gave.
You can tap Accept, Take Message, or Decline to record your choice. Your
decision is written to your CallerFilterPro account. The web service
carries out the resulting call action; this app does not carry out call
actions directly.

VIP MARKER
Marking a caller as VIP on your account lets the CallerFilterPro service
recognize trusted callers in future calls. Live direct-ring routing (where
a VIP caller rings your phone directly) is a planned capability of the web
service; it is not active in every account.

PRIVACY
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for ad targeting. The
phone numbers we process belong to you and the callers reaching your
CallerFilterPro line. Full privacy policy at callerfilterpro.com/privacy.

ACCOUNT DELETION
Settings → Delete account inside the app requests removal of your account
and cancels any active subscription. Retention windows for compliance
records are described in the privacy policy.
