Calli brings together your home, your neighborhood, and the services you need nearby, all in one app. Request plumbers, electricians, and more for on-site service; manage your condominium; pay maintenance fees; and control access, visitors, and security cameras—all from your phone.

HOME SERVICES MARKETPLACE

Find and hire verified service providers for your home or business. Create requests with descriptions, locations, and real-time tracking.

Available Categories:
- Plumbing, electrical, gas, and air conditioning (mini-splits, HVAC)
- Residential and commercial cleaning
- Masonry, painting, carpentry, metalwork, and glasswork
- Locksmithing, gardening, pool maintenance, and general maintenance
- Appliances, home technology, and physical security
- Moving, packing, and bulky waste removal
- Car wash and mobile automotive service
- Pest control, roofing, solar energy, flooring, and upholstery
- Pet care, event planning, minor construction, and more

For residents and customers:
- Request services with your saved location and address
- Chat with the provider during the service
- Get quotes, agree on a price, and rate the service upon completion
- Secure card payments (actual services, not in-app purchases)
- Status notifications: assigned, en route, completed

For workers and providers:
- Worker mode with an opportunity board

If you live in a housing development, condominium, or gated community connected to Calli, access residential mode:

Community and communication:
- Official administrator announcements
- Regulations, surveys, and neighborhood reports
- Community events and reservations
- Chat and shared content within your community

Treasury and community payments:
- Monthly maintenance fees per unit
- Collections, account statements, and payment history
- Card and OXXO payments (when the community has active digital payments)
- SPEI transfer and cash payment report
- Treasury dashboard for administrators and treasurers: income, expenses, budgets, receipts, and financial transparency
- Linking of community bank account (CLABE)

Properties and Membership:
- Link your unit or property to the community
- Invitation codes for new residents
- Roles: resident, administrator, treasurer
- Approval of access requests to the private area

SECURITY, ACCESS, AND VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

In communities with an enabled security module:

- Access control to gates and doors from the app
- Registration of visitors and guests (name, license plate, time)
- Temporary QR codes for guest access
- Access credentials (cards, reader enrollment)
- Access log: who entered, when, and through which door
- Live video surveillance: cameras and intercoms
- Intercom communication (audio) with access stations
- Community-configurable emergency button
- Quick access to doors
