“Call Me Fix” is designed for all owners of one or more construction machines. This application provides you with many more useful features for your vehicle.

1. Support Services:
- Register for warranty and maintenance with simple steps on the application. The application will remind you of important information such as when your vehicle is due for scheduled maintenance…

- Buy, sell, and exchange construction machines and spare parts easily and conveniently.

- You can check the warranty and maintenance history of your construction machine yourself.

2. Structure and Function
* Login, Registration, and Forgot Password
- The first page is displayed after the user downloads the app from the app store.

- If the user does not have an account on the app, proceed to register by filling in information such as phone number, email, and pressing register. The system will send an OTP code to verify the phone. The user enters the password and confirms to successfully register.

- If the user already has an account, enter their phone number or email address, password, and click login. If the phone number or email address and password are correct, they will be redirected to the homepage.

- If the user already has an account but has forgotten their password, click "Forgot password," then enter their phone number or email address and click confirm. The system will send a new password, and the user can log in normally using the new password.
* Homepage
- The homepage will display functional information such as Repair Request, Maintenance, Shopping, etc.
- Users can track the number of vehicles currently under repair or maintenance, read company news, and construction machinery market information.
* Repair Request
- When a user's vehicle malfunctions or breaks down, after accessing the Repair Request section, the user will fill in all the vehicle information such as vehicle name, vehicle location, malfunction, relevant images, etc. After filling in all the vehicle information, click on the "Find a repair unit" section. Users can select repair shops that meet criteria such as distance, recommendations, etc.

- Once a repair shop is selected, the user and technician will directly discuss repair time, pricing of damaged parts, and repair costs.

* Schedule Maintenance
- When the user's vehicle is due for maintenance, after clicking on "Schedule Maintenance," the user will fill in vehicle information, vehicle location, select a maintenance time that suits the vehicle's operating schedule, and choose available or unavailable parts and supplies. From there, the user can proceed to the shopping section to purchase any missing parts and supplies for the vehicle maintenance.

* Shopping
- Users who need to purchase additional construction machinery or machinery parts and supplies will click on "Shop." The store will be categorized by items such as machinery, materials, and spare parts. If the user chooses items with negotiable prices, after selecting, the user will wait for the seller to provide a price quote. If the price is suitable for the user, the order will be placed, the seller will process the order and deliver it to the user as soon as possible.

* Manual
- Users can refer to basic maintenance and repair manuals and catalogs for construction machinery.
* Feedback
- When users have feedback for technicians or repair units, they will leave comments, the system will record them and forward them to the technicians and repair units.
