About this app

⚠️ READ FIRST

Callogue DOES NOT record calls.

It reads recordings that your phone has already saved—audio files located in a folder you specify.

✅ Your phone records calls and stores them in a folder → this app is for you.

❌ Doesn't record → don't install. Callogue won't have anything to use.

If you're unsure: go to your file manager and look for the folder with your call recordings.

It's there—you can install it.

WHAT IT DOES

Callogue turns your call recording into a short summary and saves it to your calendar—at the time the call took place.

The result: you scroll through your calendar and see calls just like appointments.

"Tuesday, 12:48 PM—Sawmill, firewood."

Click and you've made your appointments.

The time of the call is the anchor of your memory. You remember that you called somewhere before 1 p.m.—and that's enough to find it.

HOW IT WORKS

1. You select the folder with your recordings—once, using the system selection window.

2. You select your calendar.

3. Subsequent calls go there automatically.

The calendar search engine then becomes a search engine for call content, because the transcription is embedded in the event description.

WHAT ELSE?

• Listen to the recording without leaving the app—the summary is the hypothesis, the recording is the proof.

• Manually correct the summary if the model got something wrong.

• Entries are private and marked as free: they don't block the day and don't appear to the people you share your calendar with.

• Works with any recorder—we read files, we're not dependent on a single manufacturer.

PRIVACY WITHOUT FAKE

For a summary to be created, the recording must be sent to a service that converts it to text.

We're upfront about this and ask for your consent before sending anything.

• The recording goes to Cloudflare (USA, EU-US Data Privacy Framework)

• The Polish conversation text goes to CloudFerro in Warsaw and never leaves Poland.

• Our server forwards the data and doesn't save any of it: neither recordings, transcripts, nor summaries.

The filename—the name and number of the caller—stays on your phone.

We don't ask for access to your contacts, call history, or files. You specify a single folder, and that's it.

The result exists in one place: your calendar.

Delete the event—the summary disappears along with the transcript.

In the settings, you'll find the "Your Data" screen: it shows what our server keeps about you and allows you to delete it.

PRICE

A certain number of calls per month are free.

The app displays ads—they cover the processing costs.

When the pool runs out, you can watch a rewarded ad and unlock another call.

Each call results in two bills: one for converting the recording to text, and the other for the summary.

Therefore, the counter is server-side.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Call recording laws vary from country to country—some require the consent of all participants.

Callogue does not record calls and does not help you record them.

It organizes the files you already have on your phone.

You are responsible for determining whether you are allowed to access and process them.
For those who already record calls. Without their own recordings, it won't do anything.

What’s new

Callogue zamienia nagrania rozmów w notatki i wpisy w kalendarzu.

• Wskazujesz folder z nagraniami — resztę apka robi sama, w tle.
• Każda rozmowa dostaje transkrypcję i krótkie podsumowanie z ustaleniami.

Bez konta, bez karty, bez podawania adresu e-mail.
