This app is only usable in conjunction with a RESIDIUM server. This must be set up by a certified RESIDIUM partner.
RESIDIUM door communication
The RESIDIUM Control Panel app is the perfect complement to your stationary, permanently installed RESIDIUM system. After registering the app on your RESIDIUM server, nothing stands in the way of your portable door communication. Simply use your tablets as the internal intercom of your door communication. It not only shows you the video transmission of the RESIDIUM Door Unit, but also the other IP cameras integrated in the system. All functions can be controlled on the fixed control panels as well as on the tablets. Talk to your guests at the door, open the front door and turn on the lights for the visitors. The tablet is the portable control of your door communication that you can carry with you through your WLAN on your property.
If you are not at home, you have the option of transferring the call from the door to a telephone or mobile number. In addition, you receive picture messages from every missed visitor.
The most important features of the app at a glance:
Language function:
- Speak to your tablet with the visitors at your door.
- Let the voice connection from the door intercom be forwarded to your phone or mobile phone, or simply use the Residium app on the road over the telephone network. Of course, you can also subsequently transfer a conversation you have accepted to other portable devices using the Control Panel App or to permanently installed Control Panels.
- If there is no response to the ringing of the visitor, the visitor is photographically documented. So you know who has rung at your door intercom during your absence.
Video function:
- Let the App display the Full HD picture of the Door Unit.
- Compile overviews in which you can easily see the video streams of the Door Unit and other integrated IP cameras.
- Control tilting cameras (such as the AXIS P54 PTZ Dome Network Camera) with the app individually or save various camera orientations for easy retrieval.

- As stored in the system, you can open the front door by pressing a finger or trigger entire opening scenarios.
- Depending on the features of your Smart Home, you can control individual devices such as lights or entire scenarios with the Control Panel App.
