The call rail app will randomly crash and log out, but if you try to log back in it will not let you. Then I have to uninstall the app altogether and reinstall it to get it to work again. Also, I find it annoying. that I can't edit the caller ID in the app. When replying to a text message the voice to text creates lots grammer/errors and sentence structure errors.

one of the most expensive and coincidentally terrible apps and services. it doesn't work like you want it to, have up on customers, and now the app doesn't work to log in either. can't wait to switch. update: it randomly logs me and team out, so we miss events, and when you go to Log back in it doesn't do anything, no errors or anything, just the buttons don't work... clearing cache doesn't work, you have to delete and reinstall... pretty much weekly... JUST to be able to login.

I have to use this app for work and it is god awful. It won't ring 90% of the time and just give me a notification that I missed a call. I have constantly uninstall and redownload it for it to work again. Seriously the worst system and I can't wait for work to phase us out of callrail.
