Call the Waiter is a simple staff app that helps caterers: restaurants, beach bars, cafes and other establishments, respond to guest requests faster and more efficiently.

Guests scan the QR code on the table and send a request to the staff via their mobile phone. The request is immediately displayed in the app, along with information about the table, type of request, guest message and current status. Staff can confirm that the request has been received and mark it as resolved after it has been processed.

The app is intended for restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels and all other hospitality establishments that want to have a clear overview of active guest calls, without unnecessary disruption to their daily workflow. Each location can manage tables, QR codes and incoming requests from a single interface.
