About this app

The CallTrackingMetrics Agent App allows you to manage the inbound phone calls coming from all of your advertising channels. Answer and place calls, texts, and chats directly from your mobile device. You'll also be able to make outbound calls, receive push notifications for incoming live chats, return a call or text message, and take notes or read from a script while on a live call, all within the app.

We don't know who agent is answering the call who sent text. Please add all details of agent name on each call and text,

So many glitches. The phone calls do not end. I have to turn my phone off to end a call.
