CTM Phone is the mobile softphone for teams using CTM. It keeps agents connected to calls, texts, and voicemails on the go, with the context of every conversation captured in your CTM account.

Handle conversations from anywhere:

• Answer and place inbound and outbound calls using your CTM tracking numbers
• Send and receive text messages with customers and leads
• Get push notifications for new calls, texts, and voicemails
• See which number or campaign a contact is responding to

See the history behind every call:

• View contact details, notes, tags, and recent activity
• Quickly scan activity that started from calls, texts, forms, and website chats recorded in CTM
• Add notes and tags while you’re on the call to keep the team in sync
• Review recordings and voicemails so you can follow up confidently

CTM Phone is a companion to the CallTrackingMetrics web app. Admin features such as configuration, reporting, routing rules, and form or chat setup are managed in the web interface. An active CallTrackingMetrics account on a supported plan is required.
