Calmly Writer is a writing app designed to help you focus. The moment you start typing, the interface gets out of your way — no clutter, no noise, just you and your words.

But calm doesn't mean basic. Under that quiet surface is a genuinely capable editor: rich formatting, tables, checklists, version history, writing goals and export to Word and PDF. Everything a writer needs, and nothing that gets in the way.

What’s new

- Fixed: saving to Dropbox on Android could leave files empty or renamed. A clear Save As prompt now appears when Dropbox can't take the write.
- Fixed: in .txt/.md, formatting that touched a space came back as literal asterisks or underscores.
- Fixed: indentation and runs of spaces were lost on save.
- Fixed: pasting part of a Word paragraph brought raw HTML tags.
