Why Calniva?
• It saves time. One screen instead of a notebook, messages and phone calls. Bookings settle themselves.
• Who came and who did not. Marking an absence is one tap, and “missed three times” stays beside the name.
• Payments and receipts. Paid, unpaid and waiting for approval stay apart; receipts are kept, and a PDF is one tap away.
• Profit, loss and busy hours. A week, a month, three, six or twelve: which hours fill, which lessons ran empty, how many customers arrived and how many left.
• Reminders that arrive. The customer hears before a lesson, the business hears when a payment is late; nothing is left to memory.
How it works
1. The studio sets its hours. Opening and closing, lesson length, breaks and capacity are written once; the timetable builds itself.
2. A package goes to the customer. Eight lessons, eight plus one, make-up rights and the price are all on it.
3. The customer picks their own days. A full hour shows as full, and nobody is booked twice into the same slot.
4. Payments and receipts in one place. The receipt is sent, the studio approves it, and paid and unpaid stay apart.
