I love the food, and the customer service has been good. But, the technical issues with the app are becoming a real issue. The app constantly freezes when swapping meals. Three times contacted the service, and three times they said they will transfer the issue with team. Nothing happens.

please fix the meal picker (swap meal) view....its really buggy and freezes. There's no reason for it to be that heavy...given the content on the screen/tabs. The app makes the phone unresponsive on this view...is this vibe coded? 👀

multiple payment issues which they dont fix and instead give weird suggestions like turn off wifi and pay using mobile data. horrible app though food is good
